SCOTTSDALE, AZ - Penn Foster College today announced it has joined forces with eLearners.com to launch "Project Working Mom 2" to provide working mothers full scholarships. This comes o­n the heels of the first phase of Project Working Mom, which awarded $2 million in scholarships to some of the more than 50,000 applicants that applied.

Government Holdings of Wheat are at Zero

IDAHO FALLS, ID - Quietly, the last of the U.S. government’s wheat reserves, held in the Bill Emerson Humanitarian Trust, were sold in late May o­nto the domestic market for cash. The cash was put in a trust for food aid. With no other government wheat holdings, U.S. government wheat stocks are now totally exhausted.
